ABOUT OUR MINISTRY

WELCOME
We are a Independent Catholic order of Priests and Exorcists and although The ICM recognises the Pope as head of The Church Of Rome. We do not accept their claim of papal infallibility,
We are a sacramental Christian church sharing the riches of the old Catholic tradition inclusively with all.
OUR PROCLAIMATION
We proclaim the faith of the Nicene Creed:
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human.
Jesus Christ saved humankind through death and resurrection.
We base our faith on the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, interpreting them in light of the tradition of the Church, human reason, and the experience of Christians through the ages.

SACRAMENTS
We celebrate the seven sacraments
Baptism
Reconciliation
Confirmation
Eucharist
Marriage
Ordination into the priesthood
Anointing of the Sick.
EQUALITY
We welcome all people to worship with us, inviting all baptised Christians to receive all the Holy Sacrements.
We ordain both male and females, heterosexual and Lgbt+ Christians as clergy, regardless of them being single or married.
We celebrate the marriages of both same-sex and opposite-sex couples.
Christ never discriminated so why should his church.

Prayer is a central part of the daily lives of our clergy, religious, and laity. We offer opportunities for common prayer each week, including some by video call. We are devoted to the Divine Office, or Liturgy of the Hours, in which the church prays the Psalms, listens to God's word in Scripture, and offers our praises and prayers to God.
There is diversity in the liturgical life of the Independent Catholic Ministry. Great latitude is given to individual members and communities to pray in whichever authentically Christian forms best suit them. Some in our celebrants are very traditional, while others use much more contemporary Christian expressions of worship.
The people in the Independent Catholic Ministry share a goal, even though we are widely dispersed. We do not believe that it is possible to be a "solitary Christian", but instead believe that we are called to work together a church, in its various expressions, so that we may grow in our discipleship to Christ.
We are also called to bear witness to Christ and work for social and spiritual justice.
We invite you to join us in our journey of Christian life.
We also work in communion with other Independent Catholic Churches around the world to bring us closer to Christ as brothers and sisters in faith.
Our priests are extensively trained in the Rite of Exorcism for spiritual warfare, If something is happening in your home that you cannot explain and it is affecting you in a negative way, Please CLICK HERE
